Not your regular Potato Cutlets.

5 cups of boiled potatoes (mashed by fork)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cayenne powder
1 tsp red chili crushed
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp crushed cumin
1 tsp crushed coriander seeds
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cilantro
4 chopped green chilies
1 cup cubed mozzarella
1 tbsp lime juice


-Boil and peel potatoes.
-Mash as much as you can
-Add all the ingredients and mix them well
-Mold the cutlets and add 1 cube of cheese in every mold.
-Fry the cutlets on medium high heat to give it a nice brown crust on both sides.

Taste before you make cutlets so you can add more spices if you like :)
